Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Really good and friendly service, the waiter was very nice and funny. We had a great time and the food was just beautiful. Will definitely be trying some Palestin Food again in the near future."
"Absolutely breathtaking food for a super reasonable price. If you're in the area, definitely worth having dinner here (or come here for dinner, it's only a short walk from Barcelona Sants station). There's plenty of outdoor seating with a lively atmosphere around it. Plates are right in the edge of being appropriate for one person to two."
"Coming to this restaurant you can expect great value for money and probably the best middle eastern bread in the city. We came here and ordered chicken and veg sandwich and a veggie meal with drinks. We came back here the following afternoon and tried a different meal. I had the minced lamb. We ordered chips, but got potato chips (crisps), that was the only snag. Very nice interior, too."
"Simbad is a fantastic Palestinian restaurant featuring traditional dishes that both meat-eaters and vegetarians alike will love, situated in the Sants barrio. The extensive menu features shareable small plates, sandwiches, combination plates, and entrees that are fresh and full of flavor. The portion sizes are perfect to leave feeling full, and the prices are economical. Simbad is located right by Estacio Sants and can be accessed by bus or metro. There’s also street parking if you go by car. The restaurant has a cozy interior and a large terrace. The staff are lovely and the service is quick. It’s a great place to go solo or with others, and you don’t have to spend a lot to have a quality meal (around 20€ per person for a small plate, main, and drink depending on what you order)."
"Finally I can say that I found a nice place to eat real food!! As a palestinian myself, I can assure you will have one of the best shawarmas and arayes and hummus that you will ever have!! The food was extremely tasty! Beautiful place to have a date with tipical palestinian decoration. And the service was amazing, his energy was so good and kind. He made me feel like I am being fed as much as a family member would have cared."
"Amaaaazing food, good prices and friendly staff. Loved it!"
"Had the makdus, tawouk and simbad shawarma. Nothing less than delicious . Great place to eat with family. Good value for money"
"Ma’assalama! Palestinian falafel is the best falafel in the world! Incredible food, great prices, very kind host and owner. Restaurant is run by three brothers from Felestin. Falafel is perfectly made with a flavorful blend of seasonings, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfection!"
